L école « Phayoun » était le nom du père de Bonny B, chanteur de Blues. Celui-ci qui voulait absolument retourner dans son pays natal, le Cambodge, pour enseigner. Il est décédé en 2001 et son fils lui avait promis de construire une école à son nom.
